Winston Leonard Spencer Churchill was a true patriot and leader who played a vital role in the survival of the United Kingdom during World War II. He is remembered as a victorious wartime leader who defended the democracy of Europe against the spread of fascism.
Sir Winston Churchill was born on 30 November 1874 in Blenheim, United Kingdom. His father Lord Randolph Churchill was a representative of the Conservative Party who was later elected as Member of Parliament for Woodstock.

And his mother, Jennie Churchill, was the daughter of a wealthy American businessman. Winston Churchill joined the army in 1895. In which he played his duty in British India. Also participated in the Anglo-Sudan War and the Second Boer War.

In 1955, his health deteriorated a bit, due to which he resigned from the post of Prime Minister. But he remained working as MP till 1964. And in 1965 he died at the age of 90 due to a stroke.
