Who Is Charles Schulz ?
Charles Schulz was born on November 26, 1922, in Minneapolis, United States. His full name was Charles Monroe Schulz. His father’s name was Carl Schulz who was a barber and his mother’s name was Dena Halverson. and Charles was his only child.
Charles Schulz Childhood :

Charles loved drawing since childhood and used to draw his dog Spike the most. His dog was a little weird, he used to eat unusual things like pins and tacks.
In 1937, Schulz drew his dog Spike and sent it to Ripley’s Believe It or not!; Robert Ripley liked his picture and put it in his syndicate panel, captioned, “A hunter dog who eats pins, tacks and razor blades.”
Charles Schulz Career :
After graduating from high school in 1940, he studied cartooning at an art correspondence school. In February 1943, his mother died of an ongoing illness for several years. And later it was discovered that she had cancer. Her death had a profound impact on Charles. And at the same time, he was employed in the United States army.
He served in the military from 1943 to 1945 and then work as an independent cartoonist at the St. Paul Pioneer Press and Saturday Evening Post.

He first started working on his comic book Peanut in 1950. Which was based on semi autographic experiences. One famous episode in his high school life was his portrayal rejected by his high school yearbook, which he referenced years later in Peanut.
In 1966, Schulz’s father died, and in the same year, Schulz’s Sebastopol studio caught fire. Schultz then moved to Santa Rosa, California in 1969, where he remained there until his death.
His comic Peanut became so famous that this comic strip was adapted on television. This comic also featured a worldwide famous character Charlie Brown. The 3D film “The Peanuts”, based on his comic strips, was also released in 2015.
Charles Schulz Death :

In 1999 he knows that he has stomach cancer. And they started their treatment. But his treatment could not be meaningful. And died on 12 February 2000 at the age of 77. His final comic strip was scheduled to be published the next day after his death, but he died in sleep the night before. Schulz was buried in Pleasant Hills Cemetery in Sebastopol, California.
